These folders are delivered to you flat and contain a very straightforward slot mechanism that locks together, providing your folder with a high-quality and strong finish. Only four-page folders with one pocket and a capacity of 0mm are offered with the option of self assembly. - ASSEMBLED
Ready to go! the presentation folders will come assembled and the glue flap on these folders keeps the pocket in place and gives the finished product a professional look and feel.
POCKET CAPACITY:
- Only the Glued Folder Type offers thicknesses of 3, 5, and 10 mm.
- A5+ is the only available size with a 3mm capacity (4 page).
- Only when Size is A4+ is a 10mm capacity offered (4 page).
- If you choose ‘2 pockets’ and a size, the spine width will be twice the size you choose; for example, if you choose a 5mm capacity, the spine width will be 10mm.

Here are the steps you can follow to set up your artwork for a presentation folder:
- Choose the correct file format: The most common file formats for printing are TIFF, EPS, and PDF. Make sure to save your file in one of these formats.
- Use the correct dimensions: Presentation folders are usually A4 or A5. Make sure your artwork is the correct size to ensure that it fits properly on the folder. Use our helpful templates when setting up your artwork.
- Use the correct resolution: The resolution of your artwork should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). This will ensure that the printed image is clear and sharp.
- Leave enough bleed: Bleed is the area around the edge of your artwork that will be trimmed off after printing. Make sure to leave a bleed of at least 3mm on all sides to ensure that your artwork extends to the edge of the folder.
- Use the correct color mode: Make sure to use the CMYK color mode when creating your artwork. This is the color mode that is used for printing and will ensure that the colors in your artwork are accurate.
- Save your file: Save your final artwork as a new file, so you don’t accidentally overwrite your original artwork. Make sure to include “final” or “print” in the file name to distinguish it from other versions.
